The annual Donegal Bay and Blue Stacks Festival Carnival Parade, now in its 19^th.year, is one of the highlights of the cultural calendar in Ballyshannon and South Donegal. Upwards of 400 performers of all ages will take to the streets in a riot of colour, sound and movement to celebrate this year’s Donegal Connect flavoured theme, ‘Coming Home’.

To make the occasion, the organizers are issuing a special Invitation to Diaspora visitors to join in the Parade – by participating in an afternoon carnival workshop, donning a carnival costume and joining in the fun.
